For the total preparation of your “Loan Package”, your total cost would be $1500.00. The way it works, we ask for an initial 50% down payment ($750.00) and the balance upon delivery of the completed loan package ready for your signature and submission to the Bank of your choice.

This price includes all charges whatsoever, and it includes the guide written for those individuals who elect to prepare their submission themselves. This guide contains invaluable bits of information plus five additional valuable reports, each full of innovative ideas that will assure you the best rates, terms and conditions for your loan. In general, the guide and reports will go a long way to assure you receive the best rates, terms and conditions for the processing and funding of your loan.

We will contact you within two business days and provide you a questionnaire outlining all necessary information required to complete the loan package. Upon receipt of this completed questionnaire, the normal turn-around time for the completed package is normally 10days.
